Challenge
Tea Time is a brand I created for a commercial packaging solution project that focused on creating product packaging that displayed a strong visual design as well as considering its sustainability and ecological impact.
Solution
To accomplish this, my main focus was on designing a new tea brand that has a vibrant and eye-catching appearance, which makes it stand out on both supermarket shelves and in your kitchen cupboard. The packaging is larger than conventional tea boxes, which eliminates the need for customers to purchase tea as frequently as they normally would. Additionally, the traditional cube shape of the packaging enhances shipping efficiency.
The packaging itself is interactive and engages with the customer, as each panel of the packaging features different graphic illustrations, including a 4-step instruction on how to make a perfect cup of tea, information on the materials used for the packaging, and advice on how to properly dispose of and recycle the packaging and its contents.
